Aespa's Giselle sidelined by Korean brand: Fans speak out in defense
Fans are speaking out in defense of Aespa's Giselle for being treated wrongly by a fashion brand
Aespa's Giselle was treated wrongly in comparison to her fellow members by a fashion brand recently, according to allegations by fans on social media.
Aespa is the global ambassador for fashion brand MLB Korea and is currently promoting the brand's summer collection.
On August 31, the endorsement pictures came out in which fans were quick to notice that the brand had only included Aespa members Karina, Winter, and Ningning‘s guides and failed to include Giselle, reported from Koreaboo.
Fans expressed their anger and started trending, “WHERE IS GISELLE,” “TreatGiselleFairly,” and “GiselleDeservesBetter” on Twitter.
Fans also noticed her name was misspelt, as 'Gieselle' was written in the captions instead of Giselle.
This isn't the first time, because in May, CLUBCLIO Japan shared an advertisement of their Kill Cover Fixer Cushion with Aespa members, but they failed to include Giselle's picture.
