'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' gears up to introduce new villain role

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is all set to hit the theatres on July 31 after the first look and trailer sparked major frenzy.

The new movie explores the fate of Peter Parker (Spider-Man) as the world tends to forget their superhero.

However, a new fan-theory is gaining popularity after the viewers analysed the newly released trailer.

According to the narrative, the poster holds a hint at the antagonist role as admirers compare it to the artworks for previous instalments.

Those who are about to die or the villain of the story are usually placed on the protagonist’s eye. However, Brand New Day features Zendaya’s character MJ (Mary Jane).

The first look showed MJ researching about the superhero with posters and placards on her room’s wall, investigating who “Spider-Man really is?”

They believe she might turn in to Black Cat and who has been part of the Ultimate Spider-man comic series.

While few believe she might face death like the 2014 movie where Gwen Stacy, played by Emma Stone, could not be saved as she fell from a height.

For the promotional event of the new film, Zendaya and Tom Holland have seemingly debuted as married couple.

Although the rumours are yet to be confirmed, the real-life couple might have already tied knot after secretly getting engaged.
