Nicholas Galitzine recently talked about his sobriety journey amid the release of his new movie, Masters of the Universe.

The British actor made an appearance on Jake Shane’s Therapuss podcast on June 5, where he revealed that he doesn’t drink anymore especially after COVID.

When Jake asked about going to any Met Gala after-parties since his Met debut in 2024, Nicholas replied, “I don't drink anymore,"

The Red, White, & Royal Blue star shared that he has been sober since COVID.

Nicholas told Jake that he “was drinking a lot in COVID” but now he’s sober and “kind of feel better”.

In another interview with E! News, the Idea of You actor discussed his rigorous training for his role in Masters of the Universe.

“It was an every day a week thing,” said the 31-year-old.

Nicholas added, “It was a pretty short amount of time but anyone would love to live in this character for a year beforehand, but the training very much changed as the movie went on.”

Meanwhile, Masters of the Universe is running in theatres now.
