Taylor Swift has finally revealed her involvement in Toy Story 5 with a newly written and recorded song for Disney and Pixar.
The announcement followed days of speculation after mysterious “TS” billboards appeared across the US and UK, styled in the franchise’s iconic Toy Story lettering, leading fans to decode possible hints.
Sharing the news, the Grammy winner wrote, "It's a Toy Story. You knew it! My new original song I Knew It, I Knew You for Disney and Pixar's Toy Story 5 will be yours on June 5th."
Moreover, she added, "I've always dreamed of getting to write for these characters who I've adored since I was a five-year-old kid watching the first Toy Story movie."
The track, created with Jack Antonoff, is inspired by Jessie, the cowgirl character in the upcoming sequel of the movie.
Notably, Toy Story 5 will mark Pixar’s 31st feature film and is scheduled for release in cinemas on June 19.
