Hidden meaning behind Zendaya's outfit choices for 'Spider-Man' promotions

Zendaya is always known to leave a mark with her unique, fashion choices for movie promotions.

Recently, the actress has been making headlines for her outfits during her press tour looks for the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day movie.

In her latest interview with De Estreno, Zendaya has confirmed that press tour looks are somewhat her way to give away clues about her role in the new movie.

“Part of doing the press stuff and trying to make the clothes intentional is not just trying to pay homage but giving little trails of ideas and thoughts,” she explains.

The Euphoria actress continues, “And maybe it's true! Maybe it's confusing! That's the fun of it!”

Zendaya further says that there’s “so much that nobody knows and nobody has seen,” as the teasers do not tell the entire story.

“You guys have seen nothing yet!” the Challengers actress tells the outlet.

However, director Destin Daniel Cretton chimes in and adds, “You can find all the clues in her outfits!”

Another interesting aspect of the movie is the pairing of Zendaya with her husband Tom Holland.

They have been winning fans’ hearts with their appearances at different promotional events. 

Meanwhile, the Spider-Man: Brand New Day is all set to hit the cinemas on July 31.
