Sadie Sink has finally dropped the name of her character in Spider-Man: Brand New Day which she has been keeping a secret for long.
The 24-year-old actress has been super secretive about the role she will be playing in the comic world, keeping fans buzzing with excitement.
In a recently shared video, she revealed: “Hi, my name is Sadie Sink and I play…” However, the actress could not spill the beans properly as a censor appears on her mouth.
The Stranger Things star continued, “and I am very excited and it feels good to say that out loud, before the video message ended.
The video received a mixed reaction with many anticipating the reveal while others expressing their disappointment on the secret.
An account shared a cat meme crying with the caption: “That’s a pretty long character name,” while another netizen noted that the franchise is treating it as “launch codes.”
Meanwhile a fan account tried explaining hints in the clip, writing: “Her wearing ‘gray’ means that she’s playing jean grey in the mcu.”
Previously, an interviewer almost caught the actress off-guard as he mentioned Jean Grey while talking. Sadie took a slight pause before responding: “What about it?”
