She did not forget to stream the 32-year-old’s newly dropped album Petals which came out a day earlier, sending fans in to a frenzy.

The Calm Down crooner shared a screenshot of her listening to a song Hate that I Made You Love Me on her Instagram story with a text.

She gushed about Ariana, appreciating her: “SHE’S BACK,” referring to her break from music for Wicked franchise, starring Cynthia Erivo.

However, the online community were not content with the update as they demanded that the musician should be also putting out music for them.

One of the X users penned down: “Selena saying SHES BACK while her own discography been on mute.”
