Drake breaks historic record on Spotify with three albums release

Drake did not disappoint fans after making them wait for a long time before dropping three studio records at once.

The 39-year-old rapper dominated the charts and headlines with his music after dissing and mentioning several artists from the industry.

According to a report, the Hotline Bling crooner has achieved the “biggest streaming day for a male artist” in the history of Spotify.

It was highlighted that the Grammy winner garnered around 250 million streams on May 15, 2026 with ICEMAN, HABIBTI and MAID OF HONOUR.

He dropped 43 tracks in total, sparking major buzz online with his disses on stars including Kendrick Lamar in response to his infamous Not Life Us.

The singer also honoured BTS in his track Make Them Cry which was appreciated by the boy band and the leader RM.

Moreover, one of the album cover features him wearing a bedazzled glove that resembles accessory of Michael Jackson.

It appears that the artist is paying honours to the legend.

He later dropped a picture on Instagram story wearing the glove with a visble signature of the King of Pop, a move that was widely called out online.

According to many, the One Dance singer is attempting to be the next MJ of this era with his music.
