Stephen Colbert, who is leaving his The Late Show behind, received special efforts for his farewell.
The host was honoured by his fellow interviewers, Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon, for his hard work and dedication.
Although the duo have decided on different surprises for the comedian, Kimmel is set to not produce his show for the finale of Colbert's show.
It was revealed that ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live! would not be airing on that specific day to ensure all eyes are on the 61-year-old.
On the other hand, Fallon decided to bid farewell in a more personal way as he appeared on The Late Show and gifted the host a painting with his dog.
He also performed the personalized parody of Frank Sinatra’s My Way, which was a subtle hit at the organisation's decision to close the show.
For the unversed, it was previously revealed that the show is getting closed due to CBS's "financial budget" despite it being the most-watched program.
Notably, the last day, which can also be called the finale, will take place on Thursday, 21st May.
