Blake Lively, who filed a case against Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment, was recently rejected for one thing.
The whole-two-year case was concluded on May fourth, but the actress was seemingly not satisfied.
As per the reports, she and her team were set to request and file additional briefs and evidence to support her pursuit of legal fees and damages.
According to the new reports obtained by TMZ, it was revealed that U.S. District Judge Lewis J. Liman ruled out that he doesn't need to see any more filings.
It was stated that the current documentation and evidence are enough to make a decision regarding fees without further arguments from either side.
The news of the rejection for the Gossip Girl star came out on Monday, May 11, as the public finally took a sigh of relief.
The netizens have previously also pointed out that they are tired of the back and forth, and now they think so is the judge.
It is to be noted that despite filing against the actor, he denied all allegations and filed a $400 million countersuit for defamation and extortion against Blake and her husband Ryan Reynolds, which was also rejected.
