Sebastian Stan finally opens up about joining ‘The Batman 2’

Sebastian Stan finally confirms that he is all set to join the cast of The Batman: Part II movie.

The Romanian-American actor reveals to Deadline that the movie will be “a challenge” for him.

A day ago, Sebastian’s trainer Jason Walsh turned to Instagram and posted a video of the actor’s training process for the role of Harvey Dent opposite Robert Pattinson as Batman.

“Can’t explain just how excited we are to be training Sebastian for Batman. This is going to be epic! Sebastian is one of the kindest clients we’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. In this clip I introduced him to @rise.311 protein to start recovering from training,” wrote the actor’s trainer.

The Apprentice actor also tells Deadline that he “feels” this is a “really ambitious movie”.

However, Sebastian expresses excitement about Matt Reeves as a director.

Gushing over him, the actor mentions that Matt has been one of his “favourites for a long time”.

Elsewhere in the interview, Sebastian explains why kids love Batman or Spider-Man.

“If you’re a teenager and you’re growing up and you’re watching that, it’s about a kid being odd and figuring his way into things. And it works in very subtle ways,” he adds.

Meanwhile, The Batman: Part II is expected to release in 2027.
