Blake Lively has been facing criticism for her legal drama with Justin Baldoni which ended after an out-of-court settlement.

The 38-year-old actress, who is a mother of four, turned to her social media and gushed about her favourite person on an important occasion.

She penned down an extensive note for Mother’s Day to celebrate her for being the “extraordinary,” admitting she “chooses joy, every day, no matter what.”

The Gossip Girl alum wrote about always appreciating “strength and defiance” of her mother who makes “everything special for everyone around her.”

The It Ends With Us star penned down about how she “creates beauty with her hands” and her overall presence.

Towards the end of the message, the Hollywood A-list star expressed her gratitude to be “shaped by you heart full of love, optimism and magic.”

Netizens believe that Blake is trying to move on from the legal crossfire that started after she complaint about being sexually harassed by her director on the set of the drama.

Moreover, she claimed to have been a target of a smear campaign which hurt her reputation. It is to be noted that the two parties settled the case after majority of her claims were tossed by the judge.
