Jennifer Lopez appears solo on Mother's Day in special video

Jennifer Lopez smiled wide as she showed something special on the occasion of Mother’s Day, sending fans in to a frenzy.

After stealing spotlight at The Roast of Kevin Hart, the 56-year-old singer shared a video of herself where she appears to be standing in her home.

She picked up a chocolate cake having a slice decorated with fondant flowers and posed with biting from a far before keeping it back.

The songstress asked: “Should I eat mom’s slice” before sharing a heartfelt message for everyone.

She gushed: “I hope all the moms out there had the most amazing day. And we’re surrounded by love, appreciation and family.”

Jennifer expressed her admiration for everyone: “I love you all. I respect you.”

The On the Floor hitmaker shared another gushing tribute for her mother, penning down all of her qualities in an extended note.

The Let’s Get Loud songmaker was of the opinion that her mother “laugh and it lights up the whole room with that loud and boisterous tone.

She pointed out: “These past 18 years I’ve learned that being mom is a series of ebbs and flows,” swinging between being “closer to your child” and “far away that you could die from heartache.”
