Jon B drops surprising confession about Michael Jackson

Jon B is opening up about a memorable chapter from his early career, reflecting on his collaboration with the late Michael Jackson.

During his latest chat, the 51-year-old singer confessed about the King of Pop while promoting his Still Got Love Spring/Summer Tour.

In an interview with People magazine, he stated, "I remixed the song ‘You Are Not Alone' for Michael Jackson."

He continued, “And it was an official remix, It wasn't like I just did it on the side. They asked me to do it and I was honored.”

Additionally, he shared, “At one point, I was managed by the same management company as Michael Jackson when I first started out in my career.”

Moreover, he admitted, “I've not yet seen the biopic of Michael, but I do have fond memories of our time in the studio together. It’s an incredible honor. I worked in the same room with him, really collaborating, not over the phone or via text message or something like that.”

Notably, Jon B’s Waiting on You dropped in March 2025 with guest appearances from Tank, Rick Ross, Donell Jones, and Alex Isley.

Meanwhile, he will next perform on May 10 in Palm Springs, Calif., at Morongo Casino, with international tour dates also ahead.
