Rihanna finally sets the record straight on rift rumours with longtime partner A$AP Rocky at the 2026 Met Gala.

Earlier, the couple was seen having a tense moment after attending the high-profile event in few clips released by some media outlet.

To clear the air, the Umbrella hit-maker took to social media on May 7 and posted behind-the-scenes video from the night that assured fans all is well between the couple.

In the footage, Rihanna could be seen enjoying her company with the rapper, dismissing rumours of a rift.

Captioning the clip, it said, “met recap,” showed the couple in a celebratory mood with no sign of tension as previously reported by media.

In another news, a source told TMZ that the couple was tired after the intense day of Met Gala celebrations, and the tension, which was seen in the van, was because of fatigue.

The source also explained that the singer’s reaction had nothing to do with rapper’s interaction with Italian fashion designer Giovanna Battaglia Engelbert.

Rihanna and A$AP are still “very much in love,” added an insider.
