‘Euphoria Season 3’: co-star clears Zendaya, Sweeney rumours

Zendaya and Sydney Sweeney’s rumored fallout has been addressed by their Euphoria co-star Jessica Blair Herman, who shut down talk of on-set drama.

Appearing on Good Day New York on April 27, Herman insisted the set stayed positive, saying, 

“They really did. And I’m not just saying that,” clarifying there was “no drama” despite ongoing speculation about tension between the Dune and the Housemaid actress.

She added the cast maintained strong professionalism, pointing out, “Really, they’ve created this beautiful working relationship and everyone wants to do the work, to come in and do the job.”

She also explained that the lead stars rarely crossed paths while filming due to separate storylines, noting, 

“To be fair, when I was there, they’re not sharing scenes. Their storylines are very separate, you’re shooting on different days and stuff.”

Meanwhile, the speculation grew after The Sun reported alleged tension.

A source told the outlet, “There will be a sigh of relief when Euphoria is over and they can go their separate ways.”

The tipster added, “But they both have decades left in Hollywood and this rivalry will inevitably run and run.”

Notably, Euphoria season three premiered on HBO on April 12, 2026, starring Zendaya, Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Barbie Ferreira, Hunter Schafer and others, and features a five year time jump with eight episodes airing weekly.
