Jennifer Lopez turns down new hot romance after Ben Affleck

Jennifer Lopez, who shares two children, Maximilian and Samuel, with former partner, Ben Affleck, is said to be not over him.

The singer is currently making headlines for her upcoming romantic comedy film, Office Romance with co-star, Brett Goldstein.

Notably, the new movie has brought the two actors closer, with insiders describing it as “electrical chemistry” on shoot.

But despite the perfect “hot romance”, the On The Floor hit maker thinks that he can’t be compared to his old flame and her baby daddy, Ben.

A source has claimed that the 56-year-old thought of the fellow actor as nothing but a “rebound.”

According to heatworld, the pal of the songstress addressed, “There’s no denying that J.Lo still thinks Brett’s a lovely guy - but it was never going to turn into anything serious for her,”

They added, “She saw him as a rebound. Brett’s very sweet on her, but he just doesn’t tick all her boxes. You have to feel sorry for him,”

It is to be noted that although the Golden Globe Award winner is known as one of the “most eligible” bachelors, but he was still not able to win the heart of the businesswoman.

The insider concluded, “Word on set was they were busted cosying up in her trailer on more than one occasion. It was exactly what J.Lo needed, and she still has a lot of affection for Brett - except it’s turned into a friendzone scenario. To his credit, he’s been extremely classy and kept his mouth shut about their time together, which is a big relief for J.Lo.”

The anticipated movie starring the two, will be out on June 5, 2026
