Adam DiMarco is opening up about the Duffer Brothers’ new venture Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen after the mega hit Stranger Things.
The Canadian actor dished about the new horror series and if he felt any pressure being a part of it knowing that it was the duo’s step into unfamiliar territory after the end of the sci-fi series.
In an extensive interview with The Independent, The White Lotus actor said, “It's not trying to be anything close to Stranger Things, which I think is the correct move just to do something wildly different and unpredictable.”
Adam went on to add, “I knew how much the Duffer brothers trusted Hailey Z Boston [the director] with her vision.”
The 32-year-old also made another comparison between two popular shows, The White Lotus and Survivor, stating that filming the fictional show felt similar to the reality TV one.
Adam admitted that filming the season of the show he was on in Italy was intense, because of the fact that the cast would live together in the same hotel that they’d be filming in.
Notably, the Radio Rebel actor revealed that he would lock himself in a hotel suite when he did not want to talk to anyone and that sometimes the shoot felt like being divided between your alliance and sub alliance.
