Kristin Cavallari roasted by her own kids over reality TV past

Reality TV queen Kristin Cavallari has been dealt a brutally honest review, and it’s come straight from her own kids.

The 39-year-old reality TV star revealed that sons Camden, 13, Jaxon, 11, and daughter Saylor, 10, couldn’t be less interested in her early fame.

She branded the iconic noughties show “boring”.

Speaking candidly, Kristin admitted her children have only seen snippets of the MTV hit and have no desire to sit through a full episode. 

Despite the show’s cult status, the former Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County star insists that at home, she’s simply “Mum” and not a reality star.

“They know me as Mum… that’s not me to them,” she explained, adding there’s a “huge separation” between her TV persona and her everyday life. 

While fans still obsess over the glitzy drama of Orange County teens, her kids see it as little more than outdated nonsense.

The original series, which debuted in 2004, followed Kristin and co-stars like Lauren Conrad and Stephen Colletti navigating teenage love and heartbreak. 

Now, nostalgia is in full swing with an upcoming reunion special bringing the gang back together, though it seems the next generation won’t be tuning in.

Away from the cameras, Kristin has also opened up about her past with ex-husband Jay Cutler, whom she split from in 2020 after seven years of marriage. 

In a surprisingly spiritual twist, she revealed she believes their relationship was written in the stars.

While she admits moving on is usually the right choice, she believes their romance served a deeper purpose.
