Jennifer Garner looked back on her role in the 2018 movie, Love, Simon.
The 13 Going 30 star, while promoting the season 2 of The Last Thing He Told Me she reflected on the most memorable roles of her career.
In an appearance at the UK's Hits Radio, host Olivia Marks told her that Love, Simon was one of her favourite films.
Garner agreed saying that she considers it as her "most important" project.
"Making that film into a frothy, irresistible romantic comedy and having that [scene] at the core was entirely intentional," said the mother of three.
She went on to praise the director, adding, "[Director] Greg Berlanti knows exactly what he's doing. He's a genius."
The Elekrta actress added that since doing that film, she has met a lot of people, especially on flights, who tell her that its helped them.
She also admitted that "it's the most important film I've ever been a part of. I'm so grateful that he asked me. I'm so grateful that I got to play that role and be that mom."
Love, Simon, based on Becky Albertalli's novel Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda, also starred Josh Duhamel, Alexandra Shipp, Katherine Langford, Keiynan Lonsdale, Natasha Rothwell and more.
