D4vd’s involvement in the death and dismemberment investigation of Celeste Rivas Hernandez has become prominent.

The Romantic Homicide singer was linked to the 14-year-old’s case since her body was found in the trunk of his car, but internet sleuths found more digital evidence that linked the duo before the minor’s death.

Although the authorities have remained quite tight lipped about the details of the gruesome case, a new court filing paints the 20-year-old in a very negative light.

In the document, the artist whose real name is David Burke, “may be involved in having committed the following criminal offenses against the laws of the State of California, to wit: One count of Murder.”

The Feel It singer has also been named as a "target" of a grand jury investigation in Los Angeles, which means that he is someone whom prosecutors seek to indict and who is viewed as a presumed defendant.

David, who was reportedly being viewed as a suspect by November of last year, has maintained his innocence in the case as of yet.

Notably, Celeste’s body was severely decomposed and her head and torso were found severed in the vehicle while the songwriter was on tour.

How did D4vd get famous?
