Rapper Mo3 is feared dead after his vehicle was allegedly sprayed with bullets on a Dallas freeway on Wednesday. Dallas Rapper Mo3 was chased on foot and gunned, according to sources.
The graphic footage emerged on the Internet, showing a man receiving CPR after a drive-by shooting on a Dallas freeway.
Dallas police said 28-year-old Melvin A. Noble, otherwise, known as rapper Mo3, was driving northbound on I-35E near Clarendon Drive when he was approached by a man in a dark-colored vehicle.
For reasons not yet made clear in the investigation, Dallas police said Noble stopped on the freeway and the man in the other vehicle got out of his car with a gun and began walking towards Noble's car.
The rapper's car then reportedly crashed into a concrete barrier before coming to a halt. He is then believed to have run from the vehicle before the gunman followed on foot and opened fire - shooting Noble in the back of the head.
Police said the armed man chased Noble and fired several shots in his direction, striking him at least once. Dallas police said Noble was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Dallas police confirmed to The Sun that a shooting took place and that the victim was deceased.
Born in Melvin, Dallas, Mo3 was a recording artist. He has been long associated with Boosie Badazz's Bad Azz Music label.
