Kendrick Lamar made the headline after Drake confirmed his ninth upcoming studio to be releasing on May 15.
After his nemesis decided to make a comeback, the 38-year-old rapper’s fans could not hold back as they also shared a buzz about his album Fireman.
However, the Not Like Us crooner did not make anything recently.
While the rumours about Fireman are completely made-up, fans reacted instantly to the update and began cheering for the rapper.
One of the X users hyped him up with a gif of a man standing in fire, writing: “Lamar after recording his album.”
Another netizen stated about the situation: “So because Drake is about to release a date for his album that’s why Kendrick decides to drop his also.”
It is to be noted that the new studio record is speculated to be a diss at the Like That songmaker as the book from the ice blocks revealed major details.
The streamer who discovered the book pointed out a Pinocchio with a cross mark before showing the design of his merch with a crossed out 2024.
The T-shirt has a text on it that reads: “2026 will be my year.”
Kendrick dropped a diss track on Drake which was titled Not Like Us, which garnered massive attention.
He also performed the song live at Super Bowl Halftime, adding fuel to the fire.
