Drew Barrymore, Zayn Malik gets matching tattoos: ‘Change My Life’

Drew Barrymore and Zayn Malik now share similar tattoos.

The Pillowtalk singer made his debut appearance at The Drew Barrymore Show.

During the show the Fever Pitch actress and Dusk till Dawn singer got some new ink on their skin, inspired by each other.

“I started studying what your name means and one of the words that it means is ‘grace,’” Barrymore told Malik. “It’s one of the tattoos I’ve always wanted because it’s the thing I’ve got to start giving myself in a different way.”

“Putting your name on my body in the form of grace, I think, is going to change my life for the better," she added. "It’s something I really need."

Meanwhile, the Nusrat hitmaker decided to get the actress's name in Arabic on his arm.

When he told Barrymore about this, she replied, “I’m so honoured! I’m like, I’m so excited. I’m so honoured.”

Sharing reason why she initiated getting the tattoos, the Charlie’s Angle star explained that she feels grateful and hopes that, if they ever reflect on their tattoos, they can recognise how much effort and care they’re both putting in.

She added that it’s also important to consider when it’s okay, and necessary to prioritise themselves alongside everything else.

Malik was there to promote his new album Konnakol, which is now streaming on music listening platforms.
