Taylor Swift sparks baby buzz by skipping Travis Kelce’s game

Taylor Swift was noticeably absent from Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, sparking a storm of speculation.

The 35-year-old pop superstar, who has been a regular presence at Travis Kelce’s games over the past two seasons, skipped the Kansas City Chiefs’ clash with the Las Vegas Raiders.

It's worth noting that this could be the final regular-season game of Kelce’s career.

The absence did not go unnoticed as with retirement whispers swirling around the 36-year-old tight end, many wondered if Swift’s decision to sit out hinted at insider knowledge about what’s next for him. 

Rumours have also been swirling recently that the songstress might be expecting a baby, adding another layer to her absence. 

While she has limited her appearances at away games due to security concerns, the timing of this latest no-show felt especially pointed.

The Eras Tour hitmaker has been a fixture at home games, often nervously biting her nails in tense moments and even photographed holding family members of Kelce’s siblings. 

Sunday’s game, however, marked the close of a disappointing season after the Chiefs were eliminated weeks earlier.

Kelce himself fuelled speculation during his New Heights podcast, speaking emotionally about finishing “on the highest note we can.” 

Off the field, the NFL star appears to be eyeing Hollywood, with recent stints in Happy Gilmore 2 and hosting Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?.
