Victoria Jones, the 34-year-old daughter of Oscar-winning actor Tommy Lee Jones, was found dead in the early hours of New Year’s Day at the Fairmont San Francisco hotel, authorities and multiple media outlets report.
The tragic discovery has left Hollywood and Jones’ fans around the world in shock as investigators work to determine the circumstances surrounding her death.
According to emergency responders, the San Francisco Fire Department received a medical emergency call just before 3 a.m. local time on January 1 and arrived at the luxury hotel in Nob Hill, where staff had found an unresponsive woman on a hallway floor.
As per Daily Mail, paramedics attempted resuscitation but pronounced her dead at the scene. The San Francisco Police Department and the city’s medical examiner have taken over the investigation.
