Drake went viral after his next shooting location for much-anticipated album Iceman sparked an online debate.

After the 39-year-old embroiled in a feud with Kendrick Lamar, he has started working on the upcoming songs.

In a circulating video, the One Dance crooner was reportedly setting up cameras and other equipment in a strip club at Area 29 in Houstan.

The new clip started a thread of online trolls as one X user poked fun at his music, writing: “So it can sound like A**, literally.”

Another was disappointed with the delay: “He is still recording the album? Oh we’re never getting this album are we.”

A third netizen joked about the studio record: “Remember when this was gonna be ‘album of the summer.’”

However, a die-hard admirer jumped in to defend Drake: “I’m still gonna listen to it and he’ll still be in my top artist again.”

The rapper has shared few snippets of the unreleased melodies through his Kick livestreams before revealing that a surprise is ready for his fans before the year ends.

He admitted stepping out for his “last recording trip” which might be him teasing the strip club location, however, Drake is yet to address the rumours.

When is Drake releasing Iceman?

The musician did not share the exact album release date but dropped a hint about it “coming soon,” warning: “y’all boys better duck and get out the way.”
