Justin Bieber gets candid about faith on Christmas

Justin Bieber is taking time off this Christmas to delve deep into his faith and beliefs, and even shared his views with fans.

In a post on his Instagram, the Baby hit maker posted candid screenshots of text, in which he talked about the effect that being in the limelight when he super young has had on him.

"I grew in a system that rewarded my gift but didn't always protect my soul. There were moments I felt used, rushed, shaped into something I didn't fully choose. This kind of pressure leaves wounds you don’t see on stage,” the father-of-one wrote in a message on his social media.

Justin wrote in his caption that Christmas is a time to reflect on and think about what truly fulfills you as a person.

“Christmas is a reminder of Jesus and the free gift of forgiveness only he can offer. Reflecting on this reminds me of all I have went through, and how he has brought me through it all. Letting go resentment is hard but when Jesus reveals hisself as willing and able, it’s hard to deny him,” he wrote.

Justin also got candid about the injustices he faced in the music industry, and how he has healed from them and hopes that it becomes a safer, more honest and human place for newer artists.
