Olivia Rodrgio, who is known for her pop songs, took the Saturday Night Live stage before dropping her album You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So In Love.
The 23-year-old singer admitted hosting SNL has been her dream, recalling some of the most significant moments in her career.
The good 4 u crooner noted that she has been touring for the past few years in support of her studio records, coming across several highs, connecting with fans and visiting cities.
She pointed out one notable low, showing the clip of her falling into the stage. The musician recovered from the moment and addressed at the time: “Oh my god! That was fun, I am ok.”
However, Olivia now revealed that the fall “wasn’t fun” and “I wasn’t ok,” the remark which sparked laughter from the crowd.
Elsewhere in the monologue, the vampire crooner worked at a Disney show, seemingly making a jab at Jake Paul and calling him acting legend.
She compared their goals in career. When the musician explained her desire to make relatable music, Jake admitted he really wanted to “beat old guys on Netflix.”
Olivia is preparing to drop her album You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love on June 12, 2026 after her major project GUTS.
The new album will be featuring 13 tracks.
