Jennifer Lopez's ex recalls dramatic clash with Diddy

Jennifer Lopez's former husband has made explosive claims about her past relationship with Sean 'Diddy' Combs, alleging the singer once feared for her safety during their romance.

Ojani Noa, who was married to the On the Floor hitmaker for less than a year before their split in 1998, claimed Lopez later turned to him for help after an alleged confrontation involving the disgraced music mogul. 

His comments come as Combs remains behind bars after being found guilty of prostitution-related offences, though he has denied other allegations made against him.

Speaking to The Sun on Sunday, Noa alleged tensions boiled over at a Los Angeles birthday party when the former rapper unexpectedly arrived. 

According to him, the pair exchanged heated words before Lopez stepped in to defuse the situation. 

He further claimed she later left the event with the 56-year-old record producer despite the confrontation.

Noa also alleged that, weeks later, the Anaconda actress phoned him in a panic after Combs allegedly turned up outside her Los Angeles home shouting her name. 

He claimed she was "terrified" and asked him to come over immediately.

The personal trainer said he confronted Combs outside the property before police reportedly arrived, prompting the rapper to leave. 

He further alleged that Kiss of the Spider Woman star had previously expressed concerns about Combs and claimed she believed he "could do bad things". 

These allegations have not been independently verified.

Looking back on the breakdown of their marriage, Noa insisted Lopez's growing friendship with Combs began while he was producing tracks for her debut album On the 6. 

Although he denied she had cheated initially, he claimed rumours of a romance soon surfaced and their relationship rapidly deteriorated.

According to Noa, the marriage finally ended after Office Romance star publicly declared she was "happily married" during a television appearance, despite their relationship having already fallen apart behind closed doors.
