German supermodel was one of the 152 guests who attended the state banquet hosted in the honour of German President and First Lady’s visit to UK.

The event was hosted in honour of the first German state visit to UK in 27 long years.

German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and his wife, former judge Elke Budenbender landed in London on December 4 for a three-day stay.

At the banquet, which was hosted at Windsor Castle on Wednesday, the German model shared a toast with the British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

The two were seated beside each other for the evening which included politicians, business leaders and celebrities in the St George's Hall, with a 20ft Christmas tree.

While Claudia is German by birth, she is married to English film director Matthew Vaughn. The couple lives in Stanningfield, Suffolk, where they bought Coldham Hall, a Tudor manor house.

The supermodel was dressed in black as she chatted with Keir. A the table, she was addressed as Lady Vaughan.

Claudia received the title after her husband was knighted in 2024 for his services to the creative industries.
