Meghan Markle jokes about ‘rusty’ return to acting

Meghan Markle’s response to returning on set has been revealed.

The Duchess has been desperate to achieve career highs since she moves to US from UK in 2020.

After a product launch and Netflix show, the wife of Prince Harry has shifted her focus towards acting again.

Meghan was an actress when she met Prince Harry and got married to him in 2018.

Now, the duchess stars alongside Lily Collins, Brie Larson, Jack Quaid and Henry Golding in Close Personal Friends.

An insider told People magazine that Meghan’s return to set after a long break was in high spirits as she looked “genuinely excited”.

“She introduced herself as 'Meghan.' Everything about her was very sweet and calm.”, the source revealed.

The person further added that “She genuinely seemed excited to be on set. She was joking that she felt a bit rusty, but it was obvious that she had rehearsed and that it was a big deal for her to be back.”

Meghan will return to screens after eight years since she was last seen on her legal drama show Suits, where she starred as Rachel Zane.
