Meghan Markle turned heads in Hollywood this weekend but not everyone was impressed.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, made two dazzling appearances in one night, attending the Baby2Baby Gala before heading to Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday bash with Prince Harry.
At the gala, Meghan sported an all-black ensemble, a sleek turtleneck top paired with a draped skirt, styled with her signature low bun and glowing makeup.
The look oozed minimalist glamour, but royal fans couldn’t help noticing one detail: the mismatched shades of black.
“Can’t stand it when blacks don’t match,” one user wrote on X.
“If she wanted this silhouette, why not choose a single-tone dress?”
Another said: “Stuns? The blacks didn’t match, fail.”
Others, however, rushed to defend her.
“Meghan looks stunning,” one fan countered. “Her styling is timeless and elegant.”
Her accessories alone, Aquazzura heels and matching velvet clutch, reportedly cost over £3,000, adding to the evening’s luxury aesthetic.
Later, Meghan’s look transitioned perfectly to Jenner’s Bond-themed celebration, where she mingled with Oprah Winfrey, Adele, and Mariah Carey.
