Katy Perry connects with fans through rare BTS of new song

Katy Perry, who is known for her chart-topping hit tracks, raised eyebrows by releasing a new single Bandaids on November 6, 2025.

Although the 41-year-old singer reportedly dissed her ex-fiance Orlando Bloom, Katy bonded with her fans by sharing a rare behind the scenes.

The Grammy winner, who is dating Justin Trudeau, turned to her Instagram to reveal how she recorded the track, dressed down in a cosy hoodie and a cap as she energetically sings the lyrics.

While the video was captured by songswriter Justin Tranter, Katy posted it from her account with the caption: “btsbtsbtsbtsbtsbtsbtsbtsbtsbtsbtsbtsbts bandaids… shot by @tranterjustin.”

Fans were excited to see what goes behind the cameras to create a masterpiece as the track primarily received rave review.

One of the users expressed their gratitude: “Thank you for sharing your feelings with us! That’s what connects us and makes us so human.”

Seemingly referencing Orlando’s infidelity speculations, an admirer noted that they are “obsessed with Emotions… TY Perry… your truth shall set you free baby!”

After the music video was released, fans began noticing that the E.T singer is allegedly calling out the actor by showing the café where he was caught cheating. 

In the music video, the place blows up as the pop icon sits outside.
