Millie Bobby Brown sparks backlash over ‘Double Standards’ with David Harbour

Millie Bobby Brown appeared all smiles as she reunited with her Stranger Things co-star David Harbour at the season five premiere in Los Angeles,  just days after reports claimed she had filed a lawsuit against him for “bullying and harassment.”

The 20-year-old actress, who plays Eleven in the hit Netflix series, arrived alongside David, who portrays her on-screen father, Jim Hopper. 

Cameras captured the pair sharing a friendly hug on the red carpet, leaving fans stunned given the swirling controversy surrounding their alleged off-screen fallout.

According to Daily Mail, Millie reportedly filed the lawsuit shortly before filming began for the upcoming season, with sources revealing that an investigation into the claims had been “ongoing for months.” 

Representatives for both actors, as well as Netflix, have declined to comment on the matter.

The timing of the reports couldn’t be more dramatic, as the 50-year-old actor is already under public scrutiny after unverified rumours suggesting he may have cheated on his wife, singer Lily Allen.

Despite the tension, Millie and David’s close bond dates back to 2015, when they first starred together. 

Both have previously spoken about their “father-daughter” dynamic on set, one filled with affection, arguments, and deep respect.
