Sydney Sweeney leaves past with Jonathan Davino behind

Sydney Sweeney is officially closing the chapter on her longtime romance with ex-fiancé Jonathan Davino. 

The Euphoria star, who called off her engagement earlier this year, appears to have “fully moved on,” according to a source close to the actress.

Over the weekend, Sweeney was spotted in Los Angeles sitting in the passenger seat of Davino’s car, sparking brief speculation about a reconciliation. However, insiders say the reunion was nothing more than a friendly encounter. 

“Sydney was determined to remain on good terms, but she’s never getting back together with him,” the source told PEOPLE. “She just wants to move on now.”

The former couple ended their six-year relationship in January 2025 after quietly parting ways and calling off their wedding plans. 

Since then, the 28-year-old actress has been linked to music executive Scooter Braun, with reports suggesting the two have been “casually hooking up” since September.

Sweeney and Braun were last seen together in Los Angeles on September 30, appearing relaxed and comfortable. 

For Sweeney, it seems her focus has shifted toward new beginnings, both personally and professionally, as she leaves her past relationship behind for good.
