Meghan Markle's strange way of greeting guests at home is raising eyebrows

Meghan Markle has confessed to a rather unusual ritual when welcoming guests into her lavish Montecito mansion, and it’s raising eyebrows.

Speaking at a recent book event in California, the 44-year-old Duchess revealed that she prefers to greet visitors barefoot and wearing an apron, a combination she says helps “demystify” her image.

“I always greet people without shoes, it just makes things more relaxed,” Meghan reportedly shared, adding that she often wears an apron as she’s usually mid-cooking when friends drop by.

The former royal, who shares her $14 million home with Prince Harry and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, is known for her warm hosting style and passion for food.

While some royal watchers called her habit “bizarre,” others praised her for being down-to-earth.

“That’s so Meghan, making everyone feel at home,” one fan wrote on social media.
