Is Pete Davidson getting married to Elsie Hewitt after their baby’s arrival?

Pete Davidson and model Elsie Hewitt, known for their high-profile romance, are taking things to the next level and it looks like wedding bells could be on the horizon.

The pair, who are expecting their first child together, have reportedly been discussing marriage, though they’re in no hurry to walk down the aisle. 

A source told People: “Pete and Elsie have talked about marriage and are very committed to each other. 

There will be an engagement at some point, but they’re not in a rush.”

For the unversed, the couple went Instagram official earlier this year and have been inseparable ever since. 

According to their friends, the lovebirds are “very in love” and currently focused on “welcoming a healthy baby.”

The 31-year-old actor, who rose to fame as one of the youngest-ever cast members on Saturday Night Live, has previously opened up about the toll public scrutiny has taken on him, calling the obsession with his dating life “traumatic.” 

The King of Staten Island star, whose famous exes include Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande, and Phoebe Dynevor, admitted he grew frustrated being known more for his romances than his comedy.

It’s important to note that since getting together with the 29-year-old model, the comedian has made a real effort to show his love and commitment.

Most recently, he treated Elsie to a luxurious private jet date to see Paul McCartney perform live, secretly organising the romantic getaway himself.

She shared snippets of the lavish date on her Instagram Stories, giving fans a glimpse of their romantic getaway. 

However, Pete’s followers couldn’t see the post from his side, as he is not on Instagram.

Why doesn't Pete Davidson use social media?

Pete Davidson has spoken openly about why he avoids social media, mainly for his mental health and peace of mind.

In past interviews, Pete explained that he found social media to be a “toxic” space where people could easily criticise or spread rumours about him.

In a 2022 interview, he said he deleted his accounts because he “didn’t need to read what strangers think” about him.
