Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift’s symbolic thirteen-year friendship has reportedly turned sour over business decisions.

The Everything Has Changed singers have also revealed that the four-time Grammy award winner learned about the 14-time Grammy holder’s engagement to Travis Kelce via Instagram.

Insiders have now dished to Daily Mail that the Shape of You hit maker is upset over more than just that, and is unhappy over the release of her twelfth album The Life of a Showgirl.

“Ed takes these things really seriously, and carefully plans his album releases. He announced his album with four months’ notice, but then Taylor announced hers for just two weeks after,” the source stated, referring to his record Play.

They added, “He was very much put out and understandably peeved. It is not the first time that Taylor has done something like this. She’s got form.”

The insider also revealed that his team was scrambling to get as much attention as they could for his album before the world famous pop star releases hers.

Notably, the English singer put out his eighth studio album just weeks before the American songwriter, on September 12, but the two appear to be perfectly fine on social media and in recent interviews.
