Ace Frehley, lead guitarist and vocalist of the band Kiss, received a bittersweet prediction from his psychic months before his death on October 16th 2025.
Frehley met with an accident at his home studio, where he fell and hit his head hard enough to suffer a brain bleed.
This fatal fall at his home in Morristown, New Jersey, became the reason behind his death at the age of 74. Frehley, famous for his nickname as ‘Spaceman’, had been with the band since its beginning in 1973.
During an interview conducted in March 2025, Frehley happily revealed that his psychic had predicted that he would live till the age of 100.
The I was made for lovin' you creator wholeheartedly believed the prediction, as longevity runs in his family.
While speaking to The Aquarian, Frehley revealed, "Luckily, I have good genes. My dad lived to be 96, and my mom lived to be 86, but her older sister lived to be 99. I mean, we have longevity in the family on both sides!"
He continued, "I just spoke to a psychic. She goes, ‘Ace, you’re going to live to be a hundred.’ So I said, ‘No problem!'"
The Cold Gin songwriter initially left the band in 1982. He joined the band again after a reunion in 1996 and remained connected until 2002.
Frehley was ready to make a strong comeback in the industry since he released his solo album, 10,000 Volts, just last year. Even though the psychic’s prediction did not come true, the Kiss legend remains forever alive in the hearts of his fans and loved ones.
The American musician previously opened up about his thoughts on life in his memoir No Regrets, "I personally believe this: We have only today; yesterday’s gone and tomorrow is uncertain."
