Aaron Phypers faces bizarre arrest in court with Denise Richards

Aaron Phypers and Dense Richards’ very public divorce has gotten yet another shocking turn as the former gets arrested in court.

The 53-year-old was attending a hearing regarding the temporary restraining order the Wild Things star has against him being made permanent when he was removed from the court room in Los Angeles.

As per a report by People, the State of California took him away as part of a felony warrant against the actor.

The charges are allegedly two counts of injuring a spouse, cohabitant, fiancé, boyfriend, girlfriend or child's parent; and two counts of dissuading a witness by force or threat.

Aaron’s ex-wife, Denise had been claiming that she had suffered abuse at the hands of the Canadian native during hearings.

Meanwhile, the Dirty Hands actor’s lawyer Michael Finley stated that the domestic violence allegations made by the model are already being proven false from his perspective.

He added of the criminal complaint, “we expect it to also be proven false and for him to be exonerated."

"I personally believe Aaron, and I don't believe Denise or her witnesses. We're feeling pretty confident that we have shown that her allegations are false in the domestic violence case in the divorce court,” Aaron’s lawyer said.

The businessman has been booked in the Lost Hills Sheriff's Station near Malibu, California, and his bail is set at the hefty amount of $200,000.
