Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s legal feud deepens as It Ends With Us co-star Jenny Slate and author Colleen Hoover deposed.
The legal battle between It Ends With Us co-stars Lively and Baldoni has intensified, with multiple insiders tied to the film now drawn into the case.
Sources told PEOPLE that several individuals connected to the film’s production, including key cast members and both stars’ team members, have been deposed in recent weeks. Among them is author Colleen Hoover, whose bestselling novel inspired the movie adaptation.
Castmates Jenny Slate and Isabela Ferrer were also questioned this summer. Slate portrayed Allysa, the sister of Baldoni’s character, while Ferrer played the younger version of Lively’s Lily Bloom.
Lively has already sat for her own deposition, joined by her longtime publicist Leslie Sloane, talent agent Warren Zavala, and makeup artist Vivian Baker, who worked with her on set.
Baldoni has also faced questioning, along with his co-defendants, producer Jamey Heath, publicists Jennifer Abel and Melissa Nathan, and billionaire businessman Steve Sarowitz.
One deposition that stood out came from Baldoni’s former agent, Danny Greenberg, who alleged “extortion-like behavior” from Lively during filming, a claim that’s added further fire to Hollywood’s latest behind-the-scenes drama.
