Taylor Swift and Blake Lively’s decade-long friendship appears to have gone downhill since the latter’s legal battle with Justin Baldoni.

The singer’s twelfth studio album The Life of a Showgirl has sparked a debate about if the pair are secretly on good terms.

It is widely believed that the pop icon’s song Cancelled! and the Gossip Girl actress’s like on her celebratory Instagram post indicates that the duo was in good terms.

A recent report by Page Six however, alleges that such is not the case after confirming it with multiple sources.

“They’ve had no contact,” one insider claims, since last year when the It Ends With Us drama began unfolding, while another one did not give a set timeline of the estrangement.

Meanwhile other tabloids have reported that the pair has reconnected, only increasing the anticipation and confusion behind their friendship status.

The two have noticeably snubbed each other on multiple occasions for a while now, with Blake not marking three of Taylor’s momentous achievements this year, including buying back her masters recordings, engagement and new album drop.

It is speculated that the rift between the former close friends began after Opalite singer was dragged into the messy legal battle by Justin, who claims that the Accepted star weaponised her bond with the 14-time Grammy winner to influence the film.
