Taylor Swift, who recently released her 12th studio album, was rumoured to be quitting her career after The Life Of A Showgirl.

As the 35-year-old singer is about to step in to a new phase in her love life with Travis Kelce, Taylor’s retirement buzz began to make the rounds.

During her appearance on The Scott Mills Breakfast Show, the Lover crooner decided to put all the speculations to rest by revealing her future plans.

When the host asked her if this is her “last album,” the Grammy winner replied with: “What? No,” jokingly calling it a “shockingly offensive thing to say.”

She added to the statement: “It’s not why people get married… So they can quit their job,” referring to her personal life as the songstress announced her engagement with the NFL star.

Meanwhile, the new release divided fans as many found the lyrics of the melodies to be quite “cringe” while few were of the opinion that her signature “depth” was missing this time.

Apart from this, the Cardigan hitmaker is also being called out for turning to AI for her promotional videos "Orange Door" with fans disappointed for going against her own rules.

Why was The Fate Of Ophelia released on October 5?

However, the pop icon released the music video of The Fate Of Ophelia on birthday of her beau October 5, which received rave review for stunning visuals.
