Julia Fox gets inspired by THIS pop icon for her new WAG role in ‘Him’

Julia Fox has opened up that she gets inspiration from former Spice Girls star Victoria Beckham for her role in Him.

The actress will be playing the role of footballer Isaiah Savoury's socialite wife, Elsie White, in Jordan Peele’s movie.

During her appearance on the Capital Evening Show with presenter Jimmy Hill, Julia reflected on her preparation for the role and how she looked up to Victoria back in the 2000s.

The conversation started when the host asked the actress how she got into the “right headspace” to play the role.

“How do you get into the headspace to play somebody like Elsie? Who is, essentially, in this country, we call her a WAG,” Jimmy asked.

Julia responded, “Yeah, she's a WAG in America too.”

“How did you get ready for that role? She's very glamorous,” the host further pressed.

“Immediately, as soon as I got off the phone with Justin Tipping, our director, I started Googling photos of Victoria Beckham at the start of her and David’s career,” Julia recalled.

“Just her in the stands and cheering him on, and that really got me excited. I was like, 'Oh my God, this is so cool,'” Julia said.

Jimmy commented, “I can see it now, channelling VB!”
