Glen Powell avoided being photographed with ‘cancelled’ celebrity

American actor Glen Powell recalled an awkward encounter he had with a “cancelled” celebrity.

The actor appeared on Therapuss with Jake Shane podcast on Thursday to promote his upcoming TV show Chad Powers.

The 36-year-old recalled an incident from a Hollywood party he attended where he came across an actor who was recently “cancelled” by public.

“I was at a party and there was somebody that had basically been on the ropes in terms of sort of getting cancelled”, Glen said.

Speaking about the cancel culture, Glen told the host how the culture has affected the inside dealings of the industry.

Glen said there was a lot of press at the party where the person approached him and was asked for a picture together which he had to turn down.

The Anyone But You star said he was a fan of his work but not him as a person and the choices he had made.

The Texan-born revealed that when he wasked to take a picture with the person he said “I don't know if it's a good idea.”
