What started feud between Zach Bryan, Gavin Adcock?

Country singers Zach Bryan and Gavin Adcock got into a fight at a country music festival in Oklahoma.

According to footage of the incident shared by Adcock on Instagram, the singers faced off before Adcock started to perform at the Born & Raised Festival in Pryor.

The clip showed Bryan and Adcock in the altercation while standing on different sides of a wire fence at the event on Saturday, Sept. 13.

“Hey, do you want to fight like a man? Come open the gate,” Bryan confronted Adcock, who, in response, stepped closer to Bryan and pushed the fence in his direction.

“When you get death threats from Sack Cryin before you headline in his hometown,” Adcock wrote in text over the seconds-long clip, adding, “Eat a Snickers, bro.”

In another Facebook video of the incident, Bryan can be seen attempting to climb over a fence to confront Adcock, but security intervenes and stops him. Moments later, a bodyguard is spotted escorting Adcock away.

Why are Zach Bryan and Gavin Adcock in a feud?

The fight between Bryan and Adcock has been going on since July 2025, when a 14-year-old fan said they were disappointed because they didn’t get a photo or a meet after one of Bryan’s concerts. The fan took to social media about this.

Addressing the teenage fan’s complaint, Adcock wrote on X: “If you can’t handle the criticism of a 14-year-old, why do people idolize you? That kid was head over heels to meet you ... He’s got feelings too and you’re a ‘grown man’ nearly 30. They’re the only reason you are around.”

Bryan wrote in a since-deleted response, per Whiskey Riff: “You’re not entitled after someone plays two and a half hours to a picture or a hello,” adding the acronym “GOMD.”
