The Emmy-winning Jennifer Aniston has debuted her new children’s cookbook, offering easy snack recipes.
The Friends star’s new book, Cook with Clydeo, debuted on Sept. 9, and Aniston spoke to PEOPLE to share details of recipes from her collection.
“The recipes are simple but delicious, and my hope is that families will enjoy trying these new dishes and have fun while doing it. Bon appétit!” Aniston told the outlet.
The book includes more than 30 recipes, but the Morning Show alum specifically highlighted her Enchilada Bites, a snack made with fewer than 10 ingredients.
In the newly released book, these “easy” and “crispy, one-bite tortilla cups” are described as tasting “like your favourite enchilada.”
As Aniston explained to the outlet, the recipe calls for filling mini tortilla cups with enchilada sauce, onion, and melted cheeses, then baking until golden and crisp.
Finished with Cotija and paired with guacamole, the bite-sized treats deliver nostalgic flavours with a fun, shareable flair.
Cook with Clydeo features 35 recipes spanning breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, told through the perspective of Clydeo — an animated pup inspired by Jennifer Aniston’s real-life rescue dog, Clyde, who first appeared on her Instagram in 2021.
According to HarperCollins, the children’s cookbook will be followed by Clydeo Versus Peanut Butter later this year, with Clydeo Makes a Friend set for release in winter 2026.
