Jake Paul rushed to hospital after knockout defeat to Anthony Joshua

American youtuber and podcaster Jake Paul was rushed to the hospital after suffering a broken jaw.

The podcaster was hit with the massive blow after facing knockout defeat to Anthony Joshua on December 19.

The boxing match took place between Jake and Anthony in Miami on Friday night.

Jake survived six rounds against the former two-time heavyweight champion before eventually succumbing to defeat.

However, soon after the fight Jake was seen spitting blood due to which he could not even hold the post match press conference.

The boxer quickly drove himself to a nearby hospital for first aid.

Later, his promoter, Nakisa Bidarian, confirmed that he had suffered critical injuries and will take four to six weeks to recover.

Jake later shared snaps from hospital and Xray of his jaw writing “Double broken jaw. Give me Canelo in 10 days.”

The boxer has vowed to return to the boxing ring saying “We will heal the broken jaw, come back and fight people my weight.”

Although Jake rose to fame from his Youtube channel, he later debuted as a boxer in 2018 against English YouTuber Deji Olatunji.
