Jennifer Aniston reunites with 'Friends' costar Courteney Cox: see photo

Jennifer Aniston dropped a delightful surprise on her social media, sparking reactions from fans.

On August 16, the 56-year-old actress shared a heartfelt photo of a reunion with her Friends co-star Courteney Cox on Instagram. 

In the photo, Aniston smiled alongside Cox as the duo stood side by side for a cheeky selfie.

She captioned the post, “We look so cute next to each other….so do they,” referring to the producer's haircare brand.

Netizens rushed to the comment section to express their sentiments about the unexpected meeting.

One fan wrote, “Rachel and Monica!! I LOVE THIS FRIENDSHIP SO MUCH.” Another well-wisher penned, “TWO ICONIC GIRLS.”

Notably, the pair maintained their friendship long after the comedy series ended. In 2004, Cox made Aniston the godmother of her daughter, Coco.

Similarly, last year, the Murder Mystery lead attended Thanksgiving celebrations hosted by her co-star.

In 2021, the six famous cast members of the hit TV show reunited on screen for Friends: Reunion Special after 17 years since the show ended. Two years later, they were seen publicly together at Matthew Perry’s funeral.

For the unversed, in conversation with Variety, Aniston revealed how everyone “did everything they could do for Perry” during his struggle with drugs.

In October 2023, Matthew Perry passed away from a drug overdose at his home in Los Angeles. He was 54 at the time of his death.
